When I first met Sheryl she was very easy to talk to, but even then I wasn't sure I could follow through on some of her ideas. For example, writing down everything that you eat, having snacks of yogurt and fresh fruit wasn't exactly my style. She explained that this wasn't a diet but a new way for me to eat. I have been working with Sheryl for 100 day's and I lost about 20 pounds. I feel that I can have some of the verboten desserts, sweets and even a big time meal periodically as I have been able to change my mind set of how I am feeding myself. I actually enjoy and look forward to the snacks and the other introductory foods that Sheryl recommended. I know I feel better and a number of people have commented that I look better. Sheryl taught me that the key to losing weight is in the mind and not only the body. You feel good about yourself when you can be in control. Yet, by human nature, eating habits are difficult to break. Sheryl holds a Masters Degree in Nutrition & Counseling and a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Arizona. She is Registered nationally by the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and Licensed to practice in the State of Illinois
